Paradise Village, LLC - is our affordable housing initiative, as well as, our sustainable community for seniors age 55 and up.our  Residency is available for ministry partners, seminary students/alumni, and cell church members. It also serves as the model for developing affordable and sustainable communities across the southeastern U.S. Our villages are designed to provide community and support for our residents to help meet their physical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. We are currently developing a sustainable, intentional community in Southeast Georgia and looking to expand to five other southeastern states: SC, AL, MS, LA, and TN in the future.. Our goal is to make affordable housing available for the communities that we serve. All residents will have access to community based initiatives to include: gardening, construction, transportation, technology, private security, certified nursing assistants, landscaping, and recreational activities. We are now accepting applications for those who would like to consider becoming a resident in our village. Contact us to explore the opportunities and to find out how you can partner with us.

Our 1BR/1BA 399 sq/ft. Model House is equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove top, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, full bath with tub/shower combo and front porch). This house costs $32,000 delivered/setup or $438.00 a month, if financed for 10 years with a down payment of about $3500.00. Our goal is to develop sustainable retirement communities across the southeastern states of: GA, SC, FL, AL, MS, LA, and TN . We are currently conducting our annual Capital Drive Campaign to complete our current project in Southeast Georgia and begin our next project in North Central, Florida. Here is a costs analysis for you to consider as you approach retirement years. If your rent is $800.00 a month; you are paying $9,600 a year in rent. Let's say you stay there for 10 years with no rent increase; you will have paid a total of $96,000 over a 10 year period with nothing to show for it but rent receipts. By comparison, if you purchased and placed a tiny house in our village @ $48,000, with about $3500.00; your monthly payment would be about $438.00 a month and would own your own home in 10 years. That's half to costs of paying rent or an even more higher house payment. Each lot has a private RV pad for personal use or for guests, as well as, a garden area for fruit, flowers, and vegetables. The campground will feature walking paths, fruit, flower and vegetable gardens, gazebos, water fountains, sitting benches, etc. for your enjoyment and recreation.
