Paradise Village, LLC - is our affordable housing initiative, which is designed to develop sustainable and affordable housing for our members, partners and individuals and families in the communities that we serve. Our model property is located in Southeast Georgia. Our villages offers residents community and support to help meet their physical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. We currently have an inventory of other property across the U.S. available for those who would like to purchase land or develop a village in their local community as well. Our 1BR/1BA 399 sq/ft model house is equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove top, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, full bath with tub/shower combo and front porch). This model house costs $32,000 delivered/setup or $438.00 a month, if financed for 10 years with a down payment of about $3500.00. Optional metal carports costs $1,400.00 to $2,000,00 depending on size and features. We are currently accepting applications for those age 55 and up who would like to place a home in our Southeast, GA village and we also have owner financed properties available in Middle Georgia and North Central Florida for those interested in purchasing property. OUR CAMPGROUND & GARDEN AREAS
Each lot has space to park your RV, as well as, a garden area for fruit, flowers, and vegetables. The village will also feature walking paths, fruit, flower and vegetable gardens, gazebos, water fountains, sitting benches, etc. for your enjoyment and recreation. You can also join us for harvest season in late October and early November. We look forward to sharing this space with our members and partners.
