Paradise Village, LLC - is our nationwide affordable housing initiative for seniors age 55 and up, which serves as the national model for developing affordable and sustainable retirement communities across the southeastern U.S. Our villages are designed to provide community and support for our residents to help meet their physical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. We are currently developing villages in Southeast Georgia and North Central, FL, and looking to expand to five other southeastern states:SC, AL, MS, LA, and TN, as well. Our goal is to make housing available for our residents starting @ $550.00 a month; plus electricity. All residents will have access to our sustainable community based initiatives to include: gardens, transportation, activities, supplies, security, landscaping, etc. You can view our model house and approved village house models below. Our 1BR/1BA 399 sq/ft. Model House is equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove top, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, full bath with tub/shower combo and front porch). This house costs $32,000 delivered/setup or $438.00 a month, if financed for 10 years with a down payment of about $3500.00. Our goal is to develop sustainable retirement communities across the southeastern states of: GA, SC, FL, AL, MS, LA, and TN . We are currently conducting our annual Capital Drive Campaign to complete our current project in Southeast Georgia and begin our next project in North Central, Florida. CAMPGROUND & GARDEN
Each lot has a private RV pad for personal use or for guests. The campground will feature walking paths, fruit, flower and vegetable gardens, gazebos, water fountains, sitting benches, etc. for your enjoyment and recreation. Join us for harvest season in late October and early November.
HOUSING COSTS ANALYSIS
Here is a costs analysis for you to consider as you approach retirement years.If your rent is $800.00 a month, you are paying $9600.00 a year in rent. Let's say you stay there for 10 years, with no rent increase for 10 years. You will have paid $96,000 with nothing to show for it; but rent receipts. By comparison, our affordable housing communities would allow you to purchase a home with a few acres of land for about $68,0000.00 and with 10 and 20 year financing available. Also, at the end of the day' it's yours to do what you want to do with it, give it to your children, grandchildren or whatever you want.
