Paradise Village & Retreat Center serves as the national and international model for sustainable community living. We look forward to helping others to see the vision, mission, and practicality of developing sustainable communities. We are developing our model for sustainable community living on 27.74 acres of property consisting of five residential lots. The vision is to create a welcoming and relaxing environment where our ministry partners, students, ministers and members can relax and be refreshed. This development is located in Southeast Georgia between Macon and Savannah and serves as the model community for our vision and mission across the southeastern U.S., as well as, other regions as we are directed. The development will include the following: Tiny House Retirement Village, Retreat Center, RV Campsites, Fruit, Flower, and Vegetable Gardens, Waking Paths, Gazebos and Water Features for your relaxation, recreation and enjoyment.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS & UPDATES
This property consists of five residential lots ranging in size from 5 to 7 acres and serves as a model for what we hope to do to do as as we continue our outreach across the southeastern U.S. and other regions, as we are directed.
Our 55 and up retirement village is for those who would like to live in our sustainable community. Our model tiny houses are about 400 sq/ft. (1 bedroom, fully equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove top, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, full bath with tub/shower combo and front porch). Our featured Tiny House can be purchased for about $32,000 with upgrades and financed for 5 or 10 year financing and monthly payments between $450.00 to $650.00 a month respectively (with approved credit). Your down payment would be about $3500.00. Your monthly association fees would $350.00 a month, which includes a private entrance, landscaping, security, and amenities. The well and septic system costs about $10,000, power connection about $1200.00 and skirting about $2000.00. We can help subsidize the costs of the well and septic system, as well as, the power connection in order to help offset the costs of installation. Your total upfront costs would be about $17,000, if you are financing your home. We currently have four residential lots available in our retirement village.

RV Campsites & Trailer
Our RV Campsites are currently under construction. We will keep you informed of our progress and availability. Campsites are available at no charge on a first come first serve basis for AGM partners, GBCS students, AMF ministers and CUC members. (Max stay 3 days within a 90 day period). Guests can also reserve a campsite on a space available basis.(Max stay 1 day within a 90 day period) Campsites will have water and 30 amp power hookups.
